Do I need a drawing or CAD file?
Nope. Just send the part, even if it's broken. If you do have a file, even better. Upload it and we'll skip the design step.
What if my part is in pieces?
Send every piece. We can usually rebuild the shape from the pieces, plus a few measurements and photos.
How long does it take?
Most jobs ship in about 7 to 10 business days after we receive your part. Need it faster? Ask about our 48 hour rush.
Will a 3D printed part hold up?
Yes, when it's the right material for the job. We use engineering materials like ASA, polycarbonate, and carbon fiber nylon, not hobby plastic. We'll recommend the right one in your quote.
Can you make structural or flight critical parts?
No. We make non structural parts only. That's a firm line, and it protects you and us.
Will I get my original part back?
Yes. We ship it back with your new part.
Do you work outside Miami?
Yes. Ship us your part from anywhere in the U.S.
What if it doesn't fit?
That's why we offer fit checks. For parts that need a precise fit, we test first so the final part is right.
Can I order more later?
